Q: When will I receive payment?
A: Once your phone is received, payment will be sent within ten days.
Q: Is there anything I need to do to deactivate my phone?
A: All you need to do is take out the sim card.
Q: Which iPhone models will you accept?
A: We accept all models that have been released, in all storage capacities. This includes the iPhone 2G (4GB, 8GB); 3G (8GB, 16GB); 3GS (8GB, 16GB, 32GB), iPhone 4 (8GB, 16GB, 32GB) and iPhone 4S (16GB, 32GB, 64GB).
Q: Which iPhone model do I have?
A: Click on “Settings”, then click “General”, then click “About”. You will see a sub-heading labeled “Serial Number”. Please email this number to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will let you know which model(s) you have.
Q: Do you want the accessories and/or box that came with my iPhone?
A: Yes, we will gladly accept the accessories and box that came with your iPhone.
Q: Do you buy broken or damaged iPhones?
A: Yes. All damaged and non-functioning iPhones still have value. Once we receive your filled out form, we will make you an offer for your iPhone.
Q: What if I have more than one iPhone I would like to sell?
A: There is not a limit to the number of iPhones you can sell. The more iPhones you sell at one time, the higher your offer will be due to lower shipping costs. Please fill out a separate form for each iPhone.
Q: Do I have to pay the shipping cost to send the iPhone to you?
A: No, we cover the shipping cost. Once you decide to sell, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to be used to ship your iPhone to us.
